Trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults navigating complex trauma, addiction, and the lasting impact of difficult early experiences.
Clinical Consultation
Deepening the Trauma-Informed Lens
Private practice can feel isolating, particularly when working with the complexities of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and entrenched attachment patterns.
With over 15 years of international experience in trauma and addiction, I offer a collaborative and supportive space for mental health practitioners to deepen their clinical understanding, work through challenging case dynamics, and sustain themselves in this work.
This is a consultative space rather than formal clinical supervision, offering an opportunity to reflect on your work, deepen your understanding, and explore complex cases from a trauma-informed perspective.
Sessions are offered online and can be arranged as one-time consultations or ongoing support. Fees can be discussed during an initial consultation.
Areas of Consultation
I support therapists, social workers, and counselors in:
Complex Trauma & C-PTSD
Working with high-intensity presentations and navigating “stuck” points in the therapeutic process.
Integrative Practice
Thoughtfully integrating IFS, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches into your existing clinical framework.
Early Relational Trauma (“Fractured Foundations”)
Understanding how early childhood experiences shape adult patterns, attachment, and recovery.
Sustainable Practice
Developing ways to manage the emotional impact of trauma work and maintain longevity in the field.
The Collaborative Process
My approach to consultation is grounded in mutual respect and curiosity. Whether you are early in your practice or an experienced clinician seeking a fresh perspective, I offer a space to reflect, think together, and deepen your clinical work.
My aim is to offer a perspective that helps you see your work and your clients with greater clarity, depth, and confidence.
You don’t need to have everything clearly formulated—sometimes it’s enough to bring a sense that something feels “stuck” or unclear in your work.
Let’s Connect
This work is meaningful, but it can also be demanding. You don’t have to navigate the complexities of trauma work or private practice alone.
If my approach resonates with you, you are welcome to reach out to arrange an initial consultation. We can explore whether this space feels like a good fit for your clinical and professional needs.
