Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Romana.
I have always been deeply curious about the "why" behind our lives—the invisible forces that drive our behaviors, our decisions, and our deepest desires.

Is it the echo of unresolved childhood trauma? The weight of a fractured foundation? Or perhaps the meaning we’ve assigned to our past that still shapes our present?

I am passionate about creating a safe, grounded space where we can explore these layers together. My goal is to help you move beyond learned behavioral patterns and Complex PTSD, unlocking the insights you need to reclaim your agency and your story.
My Approach
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Consultant with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over 15 years of international experience. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals in navigating the complexities of addiction, attachment wounds, and trauma, as well as the deep-seated challenges of identity and self-esteem.

My commitment is to help those who feel "stuck" in unhelpful patterns or disconnected from themselves and the world around them. Together, we work to untangle these threads, moving toward a life that feels authentic, resilient, and deeply fulfilling.

I use a specialized, integrative approach that honors the complexity of the human experience. My work is grounded in:
-
Attachment & Trauma-Focused Therapy: Healing the fractured foundations of early relationships and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD).
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Engaging with the different "parts" of your internal world to foster self-compassion.
-
Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring the deep-seated roots of current patterns and the "why" behind your experiences.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Providing practical tools for immediate relief from anxiety and depression.

By incorporating somatic, cognitive, and psychodynamic interventions, I help my clients bridge the gap between understanding their pain and truly healing from it.
